To the editor:

The Gustine FFA Ag Boosters appreciate the generosity of all who support our local FFA chapter.

The FFA organization has consistently maintained a positive image for young people. The FFA represents the future of our young leaders.

As Ag Boosters, we are committed to support our FFA students by insuring that they have the funds necessary to participate in the many leadership conferences available to them at the local, state and national levels.

These experiences are invaluable. The conferences allow our students to develop life-long learning skills and personal growth, which comes in many forms such as public speaking, confidence building, leadership training, job training and development.

We also provide scholarships for our students who choose to further their education in agriculture.

This year’s annual dinner-dance was a great success due to the support of our community.

Thanks to our donors for all the items that were given for both our silent and oral auctions. Special thanks to all who attended the Mardi Gras dinner-dance, a fun-filled evening.

With your support, we were able to generate the funds necessary to support the various activities that our students will participate in throughout the year.
