The 2019 Stanislaus County Fair will open its 10-day run Friday evening in Turlock.

The annual exposition will serve up a variety of fun and thrills to its guests, from headliner entertainment (included with the price of admission) on the Coors Light Variety Free Stage and fast-paced action in the FoodMaxx Arena to midway rides and fair treats on food row.

Livestock shows, exhibits, special attractions such as the Sky Trek Kids Zone, non-stop entertainment and more round out the Stanislaus County Fair experience.

The fairgrounds open at 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and noon Saturdays and Sundays. Buildings close nightly at 11, while the carnival runs until midnight daily.

Regular price admission is $12 for adults and $7 for seniors 65 and older and children 7-12. Children under 7 are admitted free of charge.

Daily unlimited ride wristbands are $30 weekdays and $35 on weekends.

Discounted admission tickets and wristbands may be purchased through July 11 at 7 p.m.

Friday, July 12

Modesto Bee Night at the Fair

Those bringing two canned food items for the United Samaritans will receive a $2 adult admission discount good for that night only. Monster Truck Madness takes over the FoodMaxx Arena at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 for reserved seats and $8 for general admission.

High Valley performs at 8:30 p.m. on the Coors Light Variety Free Stage

Saturday, July 13

Fairfield Inn and Suites/Marriott Night at the Fair

Monster Truck Mania is featured in the arena, with the action starting at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 for reserved seats and $8 for general admission.

Sunday, July 14

Free admission until 3 p.m.

Fair admission is “free ‘til 3” in a promotion sponsored by FOX 40.

The Hispanic rodeo takes center stage in the arena, with action starting at 6:30 p.m. Admission is free.

Ulices Chaidez performs on the free stage at 8:30 p.m.

Monday, July 15

Holiday Inn Express and Suites Night at the Fair

Destruction Derby Mayhem unfolds at 6:30 p.m. in the arena. Tickets are $12 for reserved seats and $10 for general admission.

Maddie & Tae are featured on the free stage at 8:30 p.m.

Tuesday, July 16

7Up Night at the Fair

7Up coupons good for $4 adult admission discount and/or $2 wristband discount will be honored this night. Metal mayhem continues in the arena with Destruction Derby Apocalypse at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $12 for reserved seats and $10 for general admission. TLC entertains on the free stage at 8:30 p.m.

Wednesday, July 17

Discount Admission Night

Rodeo games are featured in the arena at 6:30 p.m. All seats are $5. Clay Walker takes the free stage at 8:30 p.m.

Thursday, July 18

Memorial Medical Center Night at the Fair/Kids Night

Children 12 and under are admitted free of charge. Donation of two or more toys to the Salvation Army qualifies for two free carnival ride tickets. Dirt Drags are the featured attraction in the arena, with the action starting at 6:30. Admission is free. The Marshall Tucker Band will rock the free stage at 8:30.

Friday, July 19

Modesto Nuts Night at the Fair

The arena will host Tractor Pull: Diesels and Smokers, at 6:30 p.m. Admission is $10 for reserved seats and $8 for general admission. Magic! hits the free stage at 8:30 p.m.

Saturday, July 20

Valley First Credit Union Day at the Fair

Seniors 65 and better are admitted free of charge and receive a carousel ride ticket.

Tractor Pull: Modified is featured in the arena at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 for reserved seats and $8 for general admission. The free stage hosts 98 Degrees at 8:30 p.m.

Sunday, July 21

Bud Light Day at the Fair

Admission is free until 3 p.m., sponsored by FOX 40. Supercross is featured in the arena, with the thrills starting at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 for reserved seats and $8 for general admission. Robert Tapia performs on the free stage at 8:30, helping bring the 2019 Stanislaus County Fair to a close.
