Vandalism

Two vehicles parked on South Avenue were vandalized in an incident reported Sept. 1, police said. According to police reports, two rear windows of a vehicle were smashed, causing damage estimated at $500. Two rear windows on a second vehicle owned by the same individual were also broken, police said. No damage amount was listed for the second vehicle.

Arrests

The following were among arrests reported by Gustine police from Aug. 28 through Sept. 3. The arrest report includes incidents in which an individual was released on citation as well as cases in which a suspect was booked.

Martha A. Koerner, 59, of Gustine, was arrested Aug. 29 on a misdemeanor charge of being an unlicensed driver.

John E. Muir Jr., 30, of Gustine, was arrested Aug. 30 on a felony warrant.

Jimmy Renteria, 33, of Gustine, was arrested Sept. 1 on felony charges of vandalism and making criminal threats.

A 37-year-old Gustine male was arrested Sept. 1 on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge.

David E. Erhardt, 54, of Turlock, was arrested Sept. 1 for misdemeanor DUI.

Naylissa S. Basim, 28, of Gustine, was arrested Sept. 2 on a misdemeanor charge of driving on a license suspended for DUI.

A 43-year-old Gustine male was arrested Sept. 2 on a felony domestic violence charge.

A 43-year-old Gustine female was arrested Sept. 2 on a misdemeanor domestic violence charge.

Bernardo D. Hernandez Eracilo Jr., 28, of Stockton, was arrested Sept. 2 on misdemeanor charges of battery on a person and disorderly conduct.

NEWMAN POLICE

Burglary

Newman police said multiple items were reported stolen over a period of two weeks from a home in the 1900 block of Patrick Drive. The police report was filed Aug. 26. Items reported stolen included a car battery charger, four Samurai swords and a brass ring. The value of the loss was estimated at $800.

Larceny cases

Police said a light bar valued at $300 was reported stolen Aug. 27 from a vehicle in the 1700 block of Yellowstone Park.

A garbage can valued at $75 was reported stolen Aug. 29 from the 1100 block of Mariposa Street.

Salvador Ramirez Perez, 74, of Newman, was arrested Aug. 26 on a misdemeanor charge of being an unlicensed driver.

Paul A. Corralejo, 52, of Newman, was arrested Aug. 26 on a misdemeanor drug possession charge.

A 16-year-old McFarland male was arrested Aug. 26 on a felony charge of committing lewd acts with a child.

Prisco A. Niteo, 35, of Newman, was arrested Aug. 26 on a felony warrant.

Jose Robles Torres, 38, of Patterson, was arrested Aug. 27 on a misdemeanor charge of being an unlicensed driver.

Fernando Jimenez, 44, of Newman, was arrested Aug. 28 on a misdemeanor charge of being an unlicensed driver.

Maria D. Fajardo Aguayo, 42, of Newman, was arrested Aug. 28 on a misdemeanor charge of being an unlicensed driver.

Francisco J. Laureano, 34, of Newman, was arrested Aug. 29 on a misdemeanor charge of driving on a suspended or revoked license.

Grabiel A. Avila, 26, of Gustine, was arrested Aug. 30 on a misdemeanor charge of driving on a license suspended for DUI.

Fidel Andrade Rodriguez, 28, of Newman, was arrested Aug. 30 for misdemeanor DUI.

Manuel Plascencia, 40, of Patterson, was arrested Aug. 30 on misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended or revoked license.

Jose Martinez Parra, 37, of Newman, was arrested Aug. 30 for misdemeanor DUI.
