Larceny

Newman police said four wheel locks and a vehicle registration were reported stolen Nov. 5 from a vehicle in the 600 block of Merced Street. The loss was estimated at $30.

Arrests

The following were among arrests reported by Newman police from Nov. 4-10. The arrest report includes incidents in which an individual was released on citation as well as cases in which a suspect was booked.

John Dupont, 49, of Newman, was arrested Nov. 5 on a misdemeanor charge of driving without a license.

Victoria A. Ebert, 37, of Newman, was arrested Nov. 5 on a misdemeanor charge of driving without a license.

Juan C. Lopez, 40, of Newman, was arrested Nov. 5 on misdemeanor charges of drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dulce Morfin Magana, 25, of Newman, was arrested Nov. 5 on a misdemeanor charge of driving without a license.

Cristian Ramirez Hernandez, 31, of Newman, was arrested Nov. 6 on a misdemeanor charge of driving without a license.

Orlando Vizcarra Viedas, 41, of Newman, was arrested Nov. 7 on a misdemeanor charge of driving without a license.

Ruben Diaz, 37, of Newman, was arrested Nov. 8 on a felony bench warrant out of Stanislaus County Superior Court.

Jaime A. Nunez Rico, 54, of Newman, was arrested Nov. 9 on a misdemeanor charge of driving without a license.

Anthony D. Barrientos, 25, of Patterson, was arrested Nov. 9 on a misdemeanor charge of driving on a suspended or revoked license.

Saul Perez Mantar, 23, of Newman, was arrested Nov. 9 on a misdemeanor charge of driving without a license.

Sharon L. Duenas, 55, of Pittsburg, was arrested Nov. 10 on a misdemeanor charge of driving without a license.

Activity report

Newman police received 84 calls for service, reported 117 officer-initiated incidents, handled 30 cases, made 16 arrests and issued 12 traffic citations from Nov. 4-10, according to the department’s activity report.

GUSTINE POLICE

Vandalism

Gustine police said two incidents of graffiti were reported Nov. 15.

Grafitti was reported on a wall at Sullivan and Sussex, and to a men’s restroom in Henry Miller Park.

No damage estimate was listed.

Johnathan Milo, 26, of Gustine, was arrested Nov. 5 on a misdemeanor charge of driving on a suspended license.

Raul Lopez, 26, of Gustine, was arrested Nov. 6 on a misdemeanor charge of driving on a suspended license.

An 18-year-old Gustine male was arrested Nov. 7 on felony charges relating to domestic violence.

Johnathan Cota, 18, of Gustine, was arrested Nov. 9 on felony charges of assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm, making criminal threats and false imprisonment.

Eric T. German, 29, of Santa Nella, was arrested Nov. 9 on a misdemeanor charge of driving without a license.

A 17-year-old Gustine male was arrested Nov. 10 on a misdemeanor charge of driving without a license.

Miguel A. Gembe, 42, of Gustine, was arrested Nov. 10 on a misdemeanor charge of obstructing a police officer.

Activity report

Gustine police received 53 calls for service, reported 126 officer-initiated incidents, handled 18 cases, made nine arrests, wrote five traffic citations and issued five parking tickets from Nov. 4-11, according to the department’s activity report.
