Gustine police said a window of a residence in the 300 block of Spring Garden was broken in a vandalism case reported Oct. 18. The damage was estimated at $200.
Vandalism report, arrest
Police said an Oct. 16 report of vandalism by a tenant to a residence in the 400 block of Sycamore led to the arrest of a Gustine woman. Authorities said Judy L. Hansen, 52, was arrested on a felony vandalism charge and a misdemeanor charge of battery on a peace officer.
Damages in the case were estimated at $1,500, according to police reports.
The following were among additional arrests reports Oct. 16-23 by Gustine police. The arrest report includes incidents in which an individual was booked as well as cases in which a suspect was booked.
Raul Lopez, 25, of Gustine, was arrested Oct. 16 on a felony warrant.
George A. Medeiros, 60, of Modesto, was arrested Oct. 16 on a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
George L. Cerda, 56, of Gustine, was arrested Oct. 17 on a misdemeanor charge of possession of a narcotic controlled substance.
Robert A. Garcia, 23, of Salida, was arrested Oct. 17 on a misdemeanor charge of driving on a suspended license.
Jose N. Moreno, 39, of Gustine, was arrested Oct. 17 on a felony warrant.
Ramon Duran Jr., 19, of Gustine, was arrested Oct. 17 on a misdemeanor charge of disobeying a court order.
Russell T. Tanner, 28, of Gustine, was arrested Oct. 19 on a felony warrant.
A 29-year-old Gustine male was arrested Oct. 22 on a felony domestic violence charge.
Gustine police received 64 calls for service, reported 102 officer-initiated incidents (including six traffic stops), took 27 reports and made 12 arrests from Oct. 16-23, according to the department’s activity report.
Weekly arrest and incident reports are provided by the Newman and Gustine police departments. Charges may have been dropped as of press time. All suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty.
