To the editor:

I recently learned that Josh Harder was voting on recent legislation by proxy (not physically in Washington, D.C.) Even though we are in extenuating circumstances, it is critical for the House of Representatives to have robust, in-person debate by both parties before voting on legislation.

The United States Senate is physically meeting with appropriate steps taken to increase safety. Why aren’t Josh Harder and some members of the House doing the same?

Constituents of California District 10 deserve better!
