Gustine 5K Color Run/Walk returns Nov. 8 to support high school seniors

GUSTINE — The City of Gustine and Gustine High School will host the 8th Annual Gustine 5K Color Run/Walk on Saturday, Nov. 8, at the Harry Schmidt Park Walking Path. The event serves as a fundraiser for the Gustine High School Class of 2026.

Open to participants of all ages and fitness levels, the event will feature a vendor fair beginning at 8 a.m., a Zumba warm-up at 8:30 a.m., and the race start at 9 a.m. Registration is available online at www.cityofgustine.com.

Entry fees are $35 for general participants and $5 for students ages 6 to 17. Children 5 and under may participate for free. Teams of 10 receive one free registration. Participants who register by Oct. 15 are guaranteed an event T-shirt.

Proceeds will help fund senior class activities and graduation events. Organizers are also seeking vendors, sponsors, and donors to support the event.

The run/walk coincides with Veterans Day weekend and is promoted as a family-friendly opportunity to enjoy fitness, community engagement, and colorful fun.
