NEWMAN, CA –Orestimba High School was filled with an electric atmosphere of pride and excitement Friday as family and friends gathered to witness the commencement ceremony for the Class of 2025. The bleachers overflowed with loved ones eager to celebrate the culmination of years of hard work and dedication by their favorite seniors.

The ceremony featured inspiring words from the school's top scholars. Salutatorians Kim Antoinette Barcelos and David Franco delivered a riveting speech that resonated with graduates and attendees alike, offering reflections and encouragement for the journey ahead. Following their powerful address, Valedictorian Ariel Medina delivered a heartwarming speech, sharing poignant messages and well wishes with her fellow classmates.

The eagerly anticipated moment of diploma distribution was led by Andre Powell, who personally announced each graduate’s name while the school board handed the graduates their hard-earned diploma, met with cheers and applause from the beaming crowd.
