Newman Police Department

Arrests
Vicente Gomez, 43, of Newman was arrested on July 4 for trespassing (Misdemeanor).
Ramiro De Leon Guzman, 24, of Newman was arrested on July 6 for DUI (Misdemeanor).
Alejandro Mata, 21, of Newman was arrested on July 7 for warrant arrest – Stanislaus County (Misdemeanor).
Vicente Gomez, 43, of Newman was arrested on July 8 for obstructing/resisting a peace officer (Felony)
Gustine Police Department
The Gustine Police Department received 42 calls for service and reported 89 officer-initiated calls for a total of 131 incidents from July 6 to July 10.
There were two cases opened and two arrests were made. The department issued five traffic citations and one misdemeanor warrant citation. There was one vehicle impounded.
Arrests
David Orozco Hernandez, 20, of Gustine was arrested for being an unlicensed driver, speed contest, and DUI (all misdemeanors).
Andrew Luis Soto, 34, of Newman was arrested for battery, and theft (both misdemeanors).
