Young anglers show off their catches during Gustine’s annual Kids Fishing Day, held Sunday as a noncompetitive community event. While no one snagged the prize-tagged fish, 148 children participated and reeled in 67 fish and two turtles, including a 5.3-pound catfish. Most catches were released back into the water.
