PATTERSON — Traina Foods, a cornerstone of Stanislaus County agriculture for a century, was honored this week with a Stanislaus County Resolution recognizing the company’s 100th anniversary and its long-standing contributions to the region’s farming economy.
Supervisor Channce Condit presented the resolution during a tour of the company’s Patterson headquarters, where he viewed Traina Foods’ continued investments in advanced food processing, sustainability and workforce development.
“Reaching 100 years in business is an extraordinary accomplishment that speaks volumes about the Traina family’s vision, resilience, and commitment to excellence,” Condit said. “For generations, Traina Foods has not only been a leader in agriculture but also an outstanding community partner, creating jobs, supporting local families, and helping make Stanislaus County a global leader in food production. It was truly an honor to recognize this incredible milestone.”
Founded in 1926, Traina Foods has grown from a small family operation into an internationally known producer of premium fruit ingredients and specialty food products. Now led by the fourth generation of the Traina family, the company continues to emphasize quality, innovation and deep ties to the Central Valley.
Throughout its history, the company has focused on California-grown products while adopting new technologies and sustainable practices. County officials said those efforts have strengthened the region’s agricultural economy and helped build an international reputation for quality.
“The Traina family’s story is part of the story of Stanislaus County,” Condit said. “Their dedication to hard work, innovation, and community has left a lasting legacy that will continue to inspire future generations. On behalf of the Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors, congratulations on 100 remarkable years, and here’s to the next century of success.”
The Board of Supervisors also extended appreciation to the Traina family, employees and others who have contributed to the company’s growth, noting that its leadership and investment have helped shape the county’s prosperity.
