The Newman Chamber of Commerce hosted the annual Christmas festivities at the downtown plaza on Saturday. The celebration included visits from Santa and Mrs. Claus, the Newman Volunteer Fire Department, performances from the Orestimba High School cheerleaders and it culminated with the lighting of the plaza and community Christmas tree.
