The Newman Christmas Festival on Dec. 6 brought holiday cheer to the downtown plaza with the lighting of the community tree, lively performances by young Mexican folk dancers and the Newman cheer squad, visits with Santa, and plenty of food and craft vendors to keep the crowd celebrating all evening.
