Newman Police Department

Burglary

The Newman Police Department was called out to investigate a break in at a vacant business in the 1300 block of Main Street. The business manager said the padlock was missing and random office equipment had been scattered around. There also was graffiti on the inside of a window. A crow bar was located at the scene.

 

Arrests

Primitivo Gratton, 41, of Newman was arrested on Feb. 14 for a warrant.

Jimmy De La Cruz, 36, of Newman was arrested on Feb. 16 for a court order violation and obstructing or resisting a peace officer.

Geovan Garcia, 32, of Newman was arrested on Feb. 18 for a warrant.

An unnamed 18-year-old Stockton man was arrested on Feb. 19 for domestic violence.

Vicente Gomez, 42, of Patterson was arrested on Feb. 20 for criminal threats.

 

Gustine

Martin Morales Jr., 30, was arrested at 2:42 a.m. on Feb. 15 in the 400 block of 5th Street for DUI, DUI of .08 or more and a vehicle code violation.

Cruz Vasquez Jr., 44, was arrested at 12:55 p.m. on Feb. 15 in the area of Ancona Street and Palermo Drive in Los Banos for petty theft and organized retail theft.

Krystal Ann Campos, 37, was arrested at 12:55 p.m. on Feb. 15 in the area of Ancona Street and Palermo Drive in Los Banos for petty theft and organized retail theft.

Jahudine Mendoza, 31, was arrested at 2:42 a.m. on Feb. 16 in the 1400 block of south Avenue for obstructing or resisting a peace officer, battery on a peace officer or emergency personnel, disorderly conduct and warrants.

Andrew Garibaldi, 43, was arrested at 7:47 p.m. on Feb. 20 in the 300 block of Meredith Avenue for a warrant.
